When:	On Friday mornings 10:00 am Local Walks

Meeting Time: We meet monthly on Fridays - dates to be given timely in advance. Start at 10.00 or 10.30am depending on length of walk, and bus times!

Meeting Venue: meeting location and other details are sent out about 2 weeks before the meeting date. Local walks where possible and usually bus friendly. Most walks are 3-4 miles long and have some hilly parts. This is Sussex after all!

Accepts New Joiners: The group has spaces for enthusiastic walkers but walks cannot accommodate many more than 25.

Participation registration: Please contact Frances via Email or text (email preferred) with your name before the walk day to confirm your attendance, as she keeps details of who comes and can then if needed accommodate members on waiting list.

Walk particulars: The walks are circular with no organised coffee/lunch stop! That is up to walkers to arrange themselves. All level of walkers welcomed but must be capable of coping with the terrain and be able to keep up. For everyone's safety a back marker is appointed for each walk to ensure no-one is left behind.

It sounds demanding but no!! We are a friendly, welcoming group and we want everyone to enjoy the exercise and the views without worry or obligation.

Walkers may need worm clothing, boots and rainwear(!) plus poles if you use them.
