Do you sometimes feel like technology is more confusing than helpful? Would you like to learn how to use it with more confidence?

About AbilityNet: AbilityNet is a UK-based charity with a vision to create a digital world accessible to all. They have been helping older people and disabled people of any age with their technology for 25 years.

AbilityNet partnership with u3a: AbilityNet works in partnership with u3a across the UK and with local branches to run sessions to help members become more confident with technology.

AbilityNet in Sussex: Anna works across Sussex as a Digital Inclusion Trainer and can offer up to 3 group sessions to help our members to get started. Following these sessions, members can then make individual and follow up appointments to get more personalised help with technology. Members can also contact AbilityNet directly to book a one to one session as there is a team of local volunteers able to help.

AbilityNet, in partnership with BT Group, is offering free digital skills training for people over 65 and disabled adults in Sussex. These friendly sessions are designed to help people build confidence and get more out of technology —whether it’s staying in touch with loved ones, exploring hobbies, or staying safe online.
