Payment
Payment can be made by either BACS, Credit Card or Cash.
Places will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and will be accepted with completed booking forms and full payment by Card or by BACS / Bank to Bank Transfer. Where a payment is made by BACS, the booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Outings Important Information
Any u3a member or otherwise invited is welcome to join the Outings or Holidays listed below which are organised by Ros Halls and Linda Fisher.
Travel Insurance
Please note that U3A's insurance is only covering its negligence, is only valid for U3A arranged events and when travel has been paid by the below Payment Methods.
You need to arrange your own insurance if so desired to cover personal injury (not included in U3A's insurance) and in all other cases any other insurance need you may have.
Booking
All Outings are subject to a minimum number of joining persons and if not met means the Outing cannot go ahead. So when booking is required, please express your interest in the below listed Outings as soon as possible.
Payment Methods
You may pay by BACS, Card Payment or Cash. Cash you may drop off at Linda’s house.
When paying by BACS please use our account: 30314129 sort code: 20 12 80 name: u3a The Five Deans and provide the booking reference provided below in brackets and the name off the Participant in case it is different from the Account Holder (which the Bank always provides). Further please pay for each event separately so we can more easily track what you paid for.
