The Five Deans u3a is run by volunteers. Sometimes the committee needs some extra help and when this is the case we call upon the assistance of members of the Really Useful Group (RUGs).

We ask RUGs to help make teas and coffee, help set up and clear up special events and help staff the publicity stall at Rottingdean Fair.
