We like to make sure that new members are welcomed into our u3a and to improve our welcome we would like to introduce a Buddy System, similar to those successfully run by many other u3as. We're looking for a volunteer to establish and coordinate the scheme. This is a non-committee role and would be ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people and helping new members feel welcome.
